Tyler Perry‘s new “Sistas” spinoff series, “Divorced Sistas,” is set to premiere on June 9th on BET, the day of the 2025 BET Awards. The show will begin streaming on BET+ the next day.
Created, written, and directed by Perry, who also serves as an executive producer, “Divorced Sistas” follows five close friends — Rasheda, Geneva, Naomi, Tiffany, and Bridgette — as they navigate life, love and the challenges that come with divorce, marriage and dating. As they lean on each other through heartbreak and healing, their biggest test comes from within their own circle, challenging their loyalty, character and true bond of sisterhood.
LeToya Luckett leads the ensemble cast that also stars Khadeen Indréa, Porscha Coleman, Briana Price, Jennifer Sears, RonReaco Lee, DeVon Franklin, Donovan Christie Jr., and Robert Christopher Riley.
The new BET+ original series is the first to launch under Perry’s recently expanded multiyear content partnership with BET Media Group and is the second spinoff of the “Sistas” franchise, following the hit dramedy “Zatima,” which was renewed in 2022.
Catch the premiere of “Divorced Sistas” on June 9th on BET, and stream the show the following day on BET+.
