Fresh from announcing his first film with Amazon, Black, White & Blue , Tyler Perry has shared his next project as part of their four-movie deal: a drama called Divorce In The Black. Written by Perry, who will also direct and produce, the film is set to star Meagan Good, Cory Hardrict, Joseph Lee Anderson, Taylor Polidore, Shannon Wallace, Richard Lawson, and Debbi Morgan. In addition to Perry, producers include Tyler Perry Studios’ Angi Bones and Will Areu, as well as Dianne Ashford.

Divorce In The Black tells the story of Ava, a young bank professional who is devastated when her husband Dallas abandons a marriage she is determined to fight for. However, fate intervenes, revealing Dallas’ wicked deeds that have trashed their marriage, and once upon a time sabotaged Ava’s destiny to be loved by her true soulmate. 

After Divorce In The Black and Black, White & Blue, Perry is set to deliver two additional projects with Amazon. Stay tuned for more information about the release of these upcoming films.
