The official trailer for Tyler Perry’s latest Netflix film, The Gospel of Christmas, is out now, giving viewers a peek at the film that is set to release on November 11.

Written, directed and produced by Perry, the movie stars Fantasia Barrino Taylor and Durrell “Tank” Babbs, and features music icons like CeCe Winans, Yolanda Adams, Pastor Shirley Caesar, The Clark Sisters, Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, Hezekiah Walker, Smokie Norful, Jekalyn Carr, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Le’Andria Johnson, Ann Nesby, Chante Moore, and John Gray.

The film follows a struggling pastor named Isaac (Tank) and his wife Rebecca (Barrino) who inherit his family’s church in a challenged New York City neighborhood. As the preacher faces “doubt, temptation and a sinister adversary, he must rediscover his faith and the power of prayer to save his church, his family, and his community in time for Christmas.”
