    TELL ME YOUR SECRET!! I just graduated high school and I have this crazy dream of being a screen writer and director. This past month I decided to go to New York, I got a job at a restaurant and I applied for the New York Film Academy. Unfortunaly, finantial aid doesn't cover everything, and I didn't qualify for government loans because I don't have a decent cosigner, and my family can't even afford to die. So now, I'm back home in NJ, applying for regular community college. The reason why I had the courage to write this comment was because the whole time I was in NY I was reading a book (and I'm not even a big reader) by Joyce Meyer called "how to hear from God" in this book she says that everyone is capable to hear from God constanly but "I CAN'T" I've praied, I've been reading, I've been praising him with my guitar and I get nothing. So please tell me your secret. What did you do to make God talk to YOU. Maybe I just don't know how to listen to him or I want for myself something different than what he wants for me. All I want to know is the secret on how to be lead by God into "the perfect Plan"

    My Life's Dream.. Not so much for me but for my daughter Michelle. She has always dreamed of becoming an event planner. She is working for Northwestern Univ. MBA program which she enjoys. However, because of this being such challenging field to break into.. having the right connection, opportunity, and mentor (even for a short period of time ) would be awesome. For Michelle to expand her vision, sharpening her skills, doing small and large events in excellence from start to finish , working along side of a planner that has been successful for a large would be a dream come true. I would like to locate a planner in a city, and because the program she work for recruits all over the USA and internationally I would contact her boss to assist me. Just for her to have such a wonderful experience would only add to my happiness. Sandra

    Thanks so much Tyler! Your words of encouragement are such a welcome treat to me! I have too many negative people in my life and NOT enough positive ones. As a result, I don't even have anyone to really share my dreams with, so I'll gladly share with you. My major dream is for the business that I've been so desperately trying to get off the ground to take off running. I present it as a Lifestyle Management Company that also handles Event Planning. My biggest dream is to provide the much needed Etiquette/Manners to our youth. I've presented courses at a local rec center and am supposed to offer courses in the schools as an afterschool program this coming school year, but it's VERY difficult to get support or interest in an area that really needs so much attention. I also want to later establish a center to bring our youth and seniors together under one roof in a community setting to further my goals of helping to develop a better people for society. This way, I can fulfill my passion for helping others and leave a legacy for my own. I'd also like to be able to revamp my website and work on better marketing for my business. Lastly, I'd like to write a children's book series with a similar focus as my business - just some stories with a message or moral at the end. I won't go into any further detail - just wanted to let you know that your messages are much appreciated!!!!! By the way, thanks again - I just realized that putting my dreams in writing in order to share with you has helped me even more than I realized now that I've let someone else in on what I aspire to achieve!     I love my family!!! (I can say that and know that the Lord knows my heart) And I would like to help them With all there problems. I am only one person and can only do so much. I wish that I could help my sister especially because she has not had a job in the last 2 years and she is about to lose her home. I am praying that the Lord can take this problem and turn it into a testimony for her and the kids

    I thank God for your life the lessons I have learnt from you, from your movies, from prophetess Madea lol are priceless honestly you have clue, God bless you. My life's dream is to be a catalyst of change in the world around me. I was born in Zimbabwe and I have lived in the UK for 10 long years and my yearning if to go back to my beautiful country AFRICA and build back communities that have been lost through hunger, poverty, AIDS and so many other things. I am an AFRICAN and I believe that I have the responsibility to be part of the solution to the misery, pain, injustice we face in the country. I have a spot to fill there.

    Thank you for your on time message. The day that you sent it my 14 year old daughter had just left a audition and was discouraged. Ready to quit acting and give up on her dream. I shared your message and it helped. I often refer to you when trying to keep her positive and continue to remind her if Tyler would have quit there would be no Madea. We have been at this acting/training/auditioning/print work since 5 years old and we have had to endure a lot of NO's and the worst was auditioning for young Nala on Broadway and on the waiting list for a year and by the time they got to her she was at max height for the part which can be devastating to a child's self esteem. I believe that it truly does take a village to raise children and I thank you for your positive words of encouragement. The hardest job for me is teaching her to never give up on God and always keep the faith. It sounds good but for kids and some adults it can be a challenge. She will understand it later but walking through it can be painful especially when you are 14. I remind her that when the YES comes it will be BIG and God will get the glory! Please continue to encourage the youth and the parents that are walking this thing out. Blessings to you and your staff.

    I would like to worship the Lord in song. There are odds against me: my age and the look that's not 'quite right' for producers and the like but hey, my wanting to do this has got nothing to do with anyone or whatever looks or age they deem appropriate. It's a childhood desire. I am not doing it to entertain anyone. It's got everything to do with worshipping and praising God for who He is; God that so loves the products of His hands! US! That's my dream ...

    Thank you for such good words of encouragement may the almighty God bless you.I had given up my dreams because of discouragements but thank you for making me revive my dream.My dream is build a college that teaches music.l would like to help disabled children. thank you again for your encouraging words
