Tyler, may the Lord bless you for sharing this with people 'all over the world' that still need to learn this lesson. This is a lesson I've learned at an early age. I was a teenager and I didn't totaly get it the first time it happened. But I kept moving, trying and praying for the persons who have hurt me. God created us all with a pure heart and a journey we need to complete before we get to be with Him. The lessons we learn on our journey will keep on repeating itself untill the lesson is learned. Frustrating at sometimes, cause as a teenager you tend to think. Why is this happening to me again, arggggh! At the ages of 16 I figured out that when something bad happens you can either let it define you, let it destroy you or let it strengthen you. Since I already experienced the define and 'almost' destroy part I took a different route and chose to let it strengthen me. And wow! Inside me there may be a weak heart, but behind it there is a strong God. I've been finding out more and more about myself and who God made me to be. I would like to share one of my favorite quotes by Eckhart Tolle: Stop looking outside for scraps of pleasure or fulfillment, for validation, security, or love - you have a treasure within that is infinitely greater than anything the world can offer. In your shared story you are talking about the same treasure, the heart given to us by God. Tyler, I want to thank you for being you and reaching out to all of us over the world! I hope to meet you someday and pray that the Lord may bless you in a way you've never known before. With love, Miss Taj

Greetings Mr. Perry, I was reading an email that was sent from you for the broken heart. It really touched me because I never intentionally try to hold on to old wounds. I had been coming across in my own feelings and this email was very inspiring to me. I always keep positive people around me, but deep inside I was holding on to a wound that has been hendering me for the past 5 years, and after reading this email, I came to the conclusion I had to let it go. I wanted to say Thank You, for the encouragement. Life will continue to go on, but how you decide to live is what matters. Sincerely, De'Onca

Thank you, Thank you for reminding me to guard my heart and most of all, not to change as a person(my heart) because of what my family and people do and say about me. My uncle actually said on Saturday that he sees the good I'm doing and so do God. Sometimes we all need someone to remind us not to loose track, Thank You For Being an Inspiration.....and a Reminder on all the good that is out there, may God Bless You more and more each day!!

After seeing all of the reality shows it is refreshing to see someone be blessed financially and stay grounded and appreciate life, while still helping others. I learn a lot from you about giving and forgiving. It is not easy when others attack or try to do harm, you need positive people in your life to help you see the error in your ways and you will be blessed not to stoop to the level people try to push you to, I am constantly reminded not to give anyone control over me. The lesson I learn from you is to help and give without being selfish or expect anything in return.
