Hello Mr. Perry. I have checked in from time to time to show my appreciation for your vast body of work and i'm really looking forward to "Alex Cross"! It's going to be great to see you flex your acting chops in a role you didn't write, which would give fans an opportunity to see that you have what it takes to not only star in your own projects, but hold down the lead in anyone's film! I'm a fellow actor myself, who's very much inspired by what you've been able to accomplish. I don't have many credits to boast yet, but i've been studying at Nick Conti Professional Actors Studio for about a year persistently. I can't wait to work with you. Pardon my confidence, but I grew through life a shy guy with talent and feel the day is already set, GOD willing. So keep on giving the people smiles who would otherwise be frowning and we'll keep on supporting! Our father really has his hand on you... GOD BLESS!

Interesting move. Seems sound financially, but creatively??? Will you keep your own identity...will it still be evident in your future creations? I'm hoping so. Change is good, but you know the recipe that works. Looking forward to seeing what's to come.

Oh Joe "got me" in the car on the way home!! "See, I woke up to get me a cold pop"...just kidding, wrong story :) Ok, something made me think of the scene in MADEAS FAMILY REUNION when KeKe Palmer's character comes running up to the house trying to get to Madea because she had pulled her grades up in school. She runs in the house really fast, catching Joe off guard and he jumps. At the same time he jumps he passes gas (you have to listen to hear it) and says, "you almost knocked me down, hades!" What really happened is she scared the gas out of him!! OK Joe..good looking back at you!! Off guard gas is a killer, to my senses and my laugh box!! Merry hearts to all. God Bless & Good Night.

I was doubled over trying to drive in rush hour traffic...imagine that!! Evidently it was graceful; then again, I wonder if KeKe was "supposed" to keep running in that scene...cause she did!!

He did that for this very reason, to have us looking back at something, laughing all over again like it was the first time! That was my 'rewind, laugh'....'rewind, laugh even harder' moment for that movie. I will never forget. Good Medicine for a Good Night Sleep. Take care.

Blessings Tyler, I limit my views and speakings on public sites. But, once and a while I have to share my thoughts. To God be all the Glory. Thank you for being obedient and assisting the young lady with the vehicle. When I heard about it the other night, you were the 1st person to come to mind. I prayed that you would assist. Yet I also desired that other brother's and sister's in Christ. Would rise to the opportunity, for a blessing to come their way by obeying the voice of God. Grateful, you did though because he knows whom he can trust. Thanks again, for you love of not only the Father, Son and Holy Ghost, but for loving his people. May blessings, peace, wisdom and the anointing continue to be upon and within you and yours. I pray that if he has not allowed your rib he's created for you, to come into your life. That he shall very soon, so you will have more favor. Shalom, Kei

Greetings, So far I have very much admired the movies you produce. These are films I can watch with my sisters, my nieces, and my mother. Unfortunately these days there aren't many movies that I would feel comfortable viewing on my own much less the in company of any of the aforementioned, ergo my disappointment with what I've recently read about regarding the new movie "Alex Cross". Motion Picture Rating (MPAA) Rated PG-13 for violence including disturbing images, sexual content, language, drug references, and nudity As I once again watched the trailer I noticed under the rating of the movie one of the words used was nudity. I often question as to why nudity is so frequently a part of films these days and I have chosen not to support these films, or the people who make these films. I am so tired of b****** being shown just for the sake of them being shown. In some films, that show complete nudity, that were once considered rated X, are now considered rated R. To be completely honest, the direction entertainment has taken saddens me. I enjoy going to the movies, however there are fewer and fewer that I have and will attend do to this issue. I guess I will go ahead and mention the level of violence in movies as well. I am ashamed to say that I have often in the past lowered my standard in this area until recently. Sometimes I just have to say enough is enough and decide to skip it. I'm not sure what level of nudity is involved in this particular film; however I must admit that it concerns me. Is this something you could clarify for me? I would surely appreciate it.

Hey, Mr. Tyler Perry! To answer your question, "Yes" I really love suspense thrillers as much as I love comedies! I saw the trailer to Alex Cross awhile back and I was surprised but pleased that you were playing the lead in that movie. I really love that you are expanding your talents into roles like this and hope to see awhole lot more as well. Good Deeds is an excellent movie! It was well thought out and felt good. Trust me, I love Madea, but I knew you were about much more than that. Please keep up the good work, and let them haters hate! Alex Cross comes out 4 days before my birthday, and treating myself to this movie will be my present. I would love to see you come to Fort Hood Texas and do something one day. We would love to have you. Thanks again, take care and GOD BLESS YOU! Bobby.

Dear Mr. Perry. It is a joy to see all of the great work that you make. I am an Elementary school teacher in the poorest school in the Columbus, Ga. school district. It is an inspiration to read how you overcame your struggles. We have many children in our school that live that same life now, with homelessness and a desire to achieve. It is my hope and desire that since you are a role model for the black community that someday when you are not too busy you can make a two hour drive to visit our students. Most of them have never ventured outside of the Columbus area or even their own neighborhood. I think that meeting a man of your statue would inspire our students to want to achieve more and to give them hope that they too can be successful. If this is not possible, it's understandable for a busy man as yourself. Continue to do great things and we will forever be behind you in all of your endeavors.
