    Hi Mr. Perry, First off let me say that I really appreciate all of the work that you do. I love the messages that your movies as well as plays give to the black community. I also love the fact that you built your studio in my home town!! Here is an idea for you. Someone needs to tell the story of Phyllis Hyman. I heard somewhere that this is a dream role for Jill Scott. Maybe someone is already working on it. Anyway that's just my 2 cents.

    Commenting on your message on an alarm when in reverse. I just wan to agree with you. So many people walk in the past because of unforgiveness, so many are ill with cancer, diabetes and so many other illinesses. The past pains and hurts will bring on bitterness, the guns stabbings because of hatred. Turn the alarm off and live.

      Usually women are in a good mood when they got a REAL job, REAL food on the table and don't have wholes in their shoes, starving to death and almost homeless. Once they have that resolved the mood usually improves.

    Tyler, you are an amazing person. I have watched all of your movies and your plays. So inspiring and most have "hit home" for me. I see you have done movies on survivors. I was wondering if you would be willing to do one that may be a bit hard to do. It's where a girl is sexually abused at a very young age (around 3) and it continues into her teens. She is threatened not to ever tell and once she finally does, no one believes her. She goes through life "searching". Searching for the things she is not quite sure what those things are but she knows something is out there for her. God is an issue as well because she was made to go to church by the abuser and claimed to be a Christian man only to come home and sexually abuse the little girl the same day they went to church. I know this is quite deep but something has been speaking to me about talking to you about this. I have a feeling you are the person that can produce a movie out of this. An awareness piece, if I can call it that to those who turn a blind eye to such things that are happening right under their nose. Not realizing that when the victim goes without help, she will never be able to find her true self. Never finding someone to save her from herself. Not knowing how to save her ownself. Just a thought. Again, thank you so much for all you have done and the messages you have put out there. Michele
