    Everybody has a story, a moment that defines their lives, you Mr Perry are part of mine. Until I started to receive your daily emails I knew that my career path wasn't for me but was scared of new territory. Your emails got me through a lot and pushed me to step out on faith no matter how scary the result may be. That decision led me to the epiphany that I want to be an actor for the rest of my life. Even if I never become a great big star, I don't want to do anything else. I never feel more alive with anything else. Here is my charge to you Mr Perry: I would like you to look at my monologue. I am not expecting anything from you at all, I just want you to see the passion you played a hand in stirring up! Thank you so much for just being you!

    Hello Mr. Perry. First I want to tell you how much I love your plays and movies. My youngest two boys absolutely LOVE Medea. My one son said he wished we had a Medea of our own :) Sometimes, I can turn in to that at the drop of a hat, and I remind him of it when I do :) The reason I am writing you is to ask you for your prayers. I moved from North Carolina up to the DC/Maryland area two years ago to follow God's calling for me to continue on my path with emergency medicine, going to an area where there was a greater need for patient compassion and respect...and I sure found a lack of it here. Though I am only one person, I truly hope and pray I am doing what it is God led me here to do for his people. Since then, I have felt called to teach EMS (Emergency Medical Services) to new people in hopes that I can instill some of my compassion and respect to fresh faces in the business as another way of helping the people here. While in class to get certified to teach, I was tasked with writing a class course for my final project, I chose strokes. I am a cardiac junkie, but knew little about the brain before this. Now I am finding alarming things about stroke and my drive to get this information out there has grown strong. Stroke effects almost twice as many African Americans as it does Caucasians, and being that DC is heavily African American, I find that this information is even MORE important to the people I serve. So please, keep me and my research in your prayers that God's will be done, and it be done for his people whom I serve daily, freely and with joy in my heart. Thank you so much! Danielle Carter ~

    Mr. Perry, Man me and my family Love Your Plays and Movies.When you Play Medea though that remind me of my grandmother momma Viola the only differents between Madea and my grandmother is the height. She was 4ft 11 and your 6ft 5, but everything Madea embodies from the hair to the guns that was my grandmother. I just wanted to say you are a talented brother and I really appreciate what you bring to theater as far as dealing with black culture and religion. So thank you can keep doing you and We Will Keep Supporting You!!!! Oh yea When will you bring Cora, Daddy Charles, and Joe to the Plays cause man a lot of people can relate to them, especially in my family and down South. GOD BLESS YOU

    Just wanted to share. I know a lot of people come to this board to send Mr. TP a message in hopes that he reads yours and respond or just to let him know you appreciate him and how much you enjoy him whether he comments back or not. Well, I sent out an email Sunday that I wanted to post here hoping it would be an encouragement to someone but it wouldn't let me copy and paste it unfortunately. I will just post the link that led me to send out the email that I sent out. I know how encouraging Mr.Perry's email can be for me and come right on time so whenever I get the chance to send something out which is not often but I always pray that it will be something right on time for someone and be a source of encouragement.Anyway,It was about it not being wrong to say "NO" and that even Jesus set boundaries. Many people think saying NO sometimes is selfish but it's not. Many christians,pastors,leaders,and people in general get burnout in their life and ministries feeling the pressure to always say yes and do everything. People pressure us to feel that way and act as if you're doing a terrible wrong and judge you harshly just on the account that you said "NO" this particular time. The bible says let your YES be YES and your NO be NO and to lead a quiet life and mind your own business. People always want an explanation as to why you said Yes or why you said No when sometimes it's none of their business and they condemn you thinking just because you are a christian it's like a sin to say NO to anything.That was the basis of my email so I think you get the point . In your next personal bible study this would be a good read for anyone especially if you feel burnout and always feel the pressure to say "YES" out of fear that you will be condemned. Hope it will encourage you and give you peace the next time you feel pressured to do things even when you are overwhelmed as it is and your plate is full and you're doing so much already.     Okay so this is the movie week so I'll keep it short. I just actually processed through this past week til now and I have been getting PLAYED! This entire scene has been about me getting played and I cannot keep participating like I do. The Lord makes things plain and keeps it simple. I know I'll get $ eventually because I'll sue. Beyond that, onward! I have to use tools that I can see and based on what I know like the media. Okay supe sleepy. Blessings

    I'm getting married to a perfect lady, my only fear is that , is there anything like a perfect lady. I get paranoid and then ask myself is she really who she is or claims to be? Surely there must be a past or present she keeps from me? If its true she doesn't what about the Future? I am worried about all these becos she knows my story that I was once dating her childhood friend before her. She doesn't have a story. Its so weird . I don't want to be a Fool eventually.

      Everyone has somewhat of a past. Her past doesn't have to be horrible or anything, but she must have family. Learn about her past personality, character, and habits. Not too many perfect people out there that I am aware of. Jesus, yes! Other humans, no. Talk to brothers, sisters, cousins, parents, and her friends. You're not trying to get some dirt. You're trying to get some perspective.
