    Hi Tyler, Haven't seen the movie yet, becayuse I've been packing & moving for the fifth time in two years. I hope to see it on Sunday if God be willing & the creek don't rise. LoL. My mom use to say that, know you've heard that line before. I reviewed the live chat from Thursday' s hangout, because I had problems signing on, and missed the first 15-20 mins. It is always so amazing how insinc our values are. Like you I refuse to seperate from, or put anything above God, including my family, which is exactly why I having to seperate from them. Secondly, I love your tree people analogy, and unfortunate, I have no root people in my life. I had a bunch of leaves, who, blew me off, so I had to bag them up & put them to the curb. I had a few branches, but they left me hanging on the limb, so I had to prune them out of my life. Now I just have three main roots, that connects me to Goidd, Jesus,k and the Holy spirit. I wrote to you awhile back about writting for you, and I hope whowver reviews your messages passed it on to you. Debra Winger had her officer & gentleman, Julia Roberts had her knight in shinning armour, and Lindsay Wakefield had her Mr. Deeds. You think God might send me a Guardian angel? As I was putting all my stuff in a 10 x 10, looking at the last 15 years of my life crammed into a box, I couldn't help but wonder, when was this storm going to end? When will the sun shine in my life again? So as I closed the door to my storage unit, taking a leap of faith, trusting God to send someone to help me or give me an opportunity, All I can do is pray.

I hope that the Holy spirit will move you to give me an opportunity, otherwise, I'll be living your past, out of my car and homeless. With much gratitude.

    Hi Tyler I went to see temptation tonight and all I have to say is that it was good. I really enjoyed the movie and the grass is not always green on the other side and if it is the water bill is high as h*** in my Maya Angelou voice.

    Why the heck is Temptation not playing in Calgary, Canada? We're one of the wealthiest cities in Western Canada and this movie is not playing here?! It's only playing is some cities...     Just saw the movie it was good and very relevant to the time's in which we live. Just goes to show all that's gold don't glitter, the grass is not greener on the other side it just appears to be, has a lot mess in it, the devil is alive coming to rob, steal and kill. It's great you had a young adult cast. I will probably go to see again there are somethings missed just processing....but enjoyed and had great conversation after.

    Tyler I would like to know is there ever going to be a movie about you your life? Something that show the people what you been through to get to where you are now. Nothing N2 Something type of movie.

      It seems like Tyler's life (what he went through) is embedded in all of his projects. That seems to be his basic formula but it would be interesting if he wrote about the business aspect... from a young man to the point where he had success or up to this point. Or he can write his Love story which is very profound but he will need my help if he tell it the way God showed us!

      Yes I can cook I started cooking when I was about 10 or 11 My grandfather had me cooking in the kitchen with him and I love it and been cooking ever since I went to culinary School and worked in kitchen and out side the kitchen doing catering events and making a kitchen. Right now i'm working on starting up my own Food service business. But yea I love to cook it a passion I also love to BBQ.

    Dear Mr. Tyler Perry, I feel sorry for you. It's unfortunate that you, apparently, have had no examples of well-rounded black women in your life. So much so that your films depict us as one-dimensional-super-Christian-chick-who-drove-her-man-away-good-girl-turned-drugged-out-wretch-unfortunate-lonesome-who's-"just gettin' by". REALLY?!?! I decided to see "Temptation" because I enjoy Jurnee Smollett and was excited to see her as such a major player in a film. I must admit, the cinematography has...come up. But the story, the writing, the cliche that you always jump to is just so unfortunate and, quite frankly, angering. Why have you not yet shown us as well-rounded women who, yes, have problems like everyone else but don't resort to dangerous and laughable extremes to solve them? Why do we have to get beat up, beat down, contract some fatal illness, and be deemed a hot mess before our lives are treated as whole, fulfilling, meaningful, and full of purpose? Why is it that in these movies, the men in our lives are either on the down-low, beating us to a pulp, or such punks that they can't/won't defend us UNTIL we are bloody, bruised, broken wretches? Mr. Perry, you have access to so much money, so much talent, so MUCH! Yet, you insist on telling the same stories with the same poor writing and the same poor character development. I will NEVER spend my money on anything that has your name on it unless and until you make some serious changes. I know, I know. This movie spoke to somebody. It was necessary for somebody. I get that. But at some point, you have to champion the very people who spend their hard earned coins on your films; Black Women. CHAMPION US, PLEASE!! I am grateful for one thing. At least I didn't have to spend two hours looking at an overweight, cross-dressing, cuss you out, Bible quoting Grandma who packs a pistol in her bosom. At LEAST!!!
