Tyler, have you ever worked as a substitute teacher. Well, even though I have a masters in education I have been a sub for two years. Here the deal Tyler, when you are a sub, you sign up to be a tecaher but you can end up been anybody in the building. So I showed up in my nice heels and the secretary said"you gonna need sneakers today, you are the gym teacher. I showed up with a lesson for pre-k, she said" I hope you are prepare for self-contained 6 grade. I showed up to be second grade teacher, she said" no secuirty guard today so you can be Mr. McCall". I showed up wearing white , she said" you ready be the art teacher today and they are doing a big painting project. Finally, I showed up to be a second grade teacher, she said" Dr. Salmon(principsl) is not here, you can havee here office for the day"

Gr8 day! I enjoyed viewing your studio. It would be amazing if my 6th graders from Lawrenceville, GA could take a tour of the facility. I work at Richards Middle school , a title one school. My class is currently shopping around for four to six tablets for research assignments. Funds are extremely limited, so if your organization has a grant application, I'd love to fill it out. Thank you for continuing to inspire our youth. It takes a village.

Hello Mr. Perry, Congrats to you and your lovely lady on the birth of your baby. Thank you for all the funny movies that kept us laughing in this sometime sad world. My favorite Madea's Family Reunion is funny but touch on the issues of domestic abuse and that is one of the biggest unsolve issues in our society. I WOULD LOVE TO WRITE A SCRIPT FOR YOU ABOUT THE ISSUES WITH EDUCATION AND TEACHERS IN AMERICA. I AM NOT A WRITER BUT WHO REALLY IS. JUST A TEACHER. Take care Mr. Perry and staff, peace, love and blessing to you all!

  • Nikki Currently in Michigan looking to relocate

With all the movie incentives leaving Michigan work has slowed down to almost a halt. I still work on shows that come to town with major networks, but I am ready to move. Don't get me wrong I love my state, but I am tired of the extreme cold. I am thinking about relocating to Georgia, and It would be awesome to work with you and your studios. I admire your hard work, and I hope to accomplish at least half of what you have done in your community, especially with my writing. Thank you for building these studios, and allowing people to live their dreams. Sincerely, Nikki Struthers

Mr. Perry, I have searched your sites time and again for information on submission requirements and where to submit work for your consideration. Given my lack of technology savvy, I am sure, this is where I was led. I am a New Orleans native and I have written an award-winning contemporary novel entitled OUTSIDE CHILD, A Story of Murder and New Orleans set pre-Katrina. It is the first of a trilogy and the second, which has my sister and brother reluctant sleuths trying to solve a crime as well as escape Katrina. The third novel, which I have outlined and begun to write, has the sleuths trying to solve a crime as they get used to the changes Katrina has inflicted on their lives and in their hometown. My request is that you read my novel. It is available on Amazon or you can contact me via my email and I will be happy to send you a copy of the book, the second manuscript and the outline of the third book. I have also set up a web page:www.neworleansmystery.com where you can also order the book. Thank you, Mr. Perry, for any consideration you give this request.
