Tyler, I was wondering if my first cousin and I could take a short in person tour of your facility next week? She will arrive on Monday, July 9 and leave on July 14, 2012. This would be a great surprise for her and I! She lives in Sacramento and has never been to Georgia and we haven't seen each other in over 30 years. (She's 55 and and I'm 60, also our birthdays are on the same day April 19). I have lived in Georgia for almost 11 years and am now unemployed and will be relocating to California in the very near future as soon as I secure employment their. Thank you for your consideration. You are a blessing, keep on doing your great work, I love all your movies. Shirley

DAMN, DAMN, DAMN!!! There is hope in the world. An African American MAN is doing the thing. Knock those walls down, we are with you. We may not be in the same genre but I think that I have and can still knock down a few walls. I have seen every play and movie of yours that has come through the Baltimore/Washington area and will continue.

It was the chapel that got me. Yep, the chapel. Dear TPS, Please forgive me for addressing you as a group and not simply throwing down palm fronds, if you will. I know that God has blessed Mr. Perry to be a rule breaker, or better yet a rule maker, in the entertainment industry. Yet, I found myself resisting his work over the years because I've been a Spike Lee fan from day one. The complications that make up my personal views kept me from enjoying a lot of what he had to offer his audiences. Have all the walls come down? Well, no but after watching "Why Did I Get Married" I knew a paradigm shift was taking place. Now after visiting the Tyler Perry Studios site for the first time and seeing this mans faith (not just an as-to-be-expected religion) in action, I think it's time to be one of those random voices from the crowd shouting "We LOVE you, Tyler!" Still, along with the shout I just want all the ones who keep this mans arms propped up to know YOU are loved too. Thank you for what you do.
