Outspoken, impulsive and proud- and also recently evicted- Lindsey struggles to make ends meet for herself and her young daughter. But when Wesley offers to help her get back on her feet, his innocent good deed ignites and unexpected attraction- and suddenly Wesley finds himself caught between the life he thought he wanted and the powerful desires of his heartÂ….

Just got to see this movie and I have watched it 5 times already. Lovely story line, it's a story that really touches the heart and real issues..... Just wondering, do you have plans on making a continuation (sequel) to this movie....bearing in mind that both characters are walking into this relationship with with baggages especially Lindsey. They both have come from two extremes. How do they work it out? It's not going to be all rosy! I'd like to see how they walk through resolving their differences cause I know it would come up. Just trying to be practical. You know, young people especially young women may watch this movie and build up this euphoria, utopia that "APrince Charming", would come around into their situations and just w*** away their tears and they will live happily ever after without changing their "attitude"! Keep up the good work, I would watch a Tyler Perry Movie anytime. (I noticed a place or two that didn't quite add up but I guess there was some editing and sometimes not everything we plan comes out PERFECT. Overall GOOD JOB)

TeaPea, Watched Good Deeds recently and let me say this. YOU know BETTER to put that scene with you and G. U.! What were you thinking, or were you THINKING? You don't need to to have those type of scenes in your movies for ANY reason. And for someone who claims to be a Christian, ... Get my point? I'm not upset, just a little surprised. And don't forget, young folks go to watch your movies and plays. What message do you want to send to them? Just something to think about. Have a great weekend! your sister, M.

Dear Mr.Tyler Perry, I have just watched your movie titled "Good Deeds" and wanted to tell you that is a very moving film that you directed. I was very inspired and moved by this film because I am also a single mother of two beautiful kids ages 9 & 1 and as a single mother I also have the hardest making it in life but always somehow find a way to manage taking care of my responsibilities just to make it in life and the real world. Today for the first time in life my kids and I finally got our first home of our own yet it isnt completely furnished but slowly I try my best to make it feel more like home for my children, and there are so many times that I have felt like no matter what I do or how hard I try I just wanted to give up because it feels like it isnt good enough but I just keep hanging on and doing all I can and just remind myself that even though its hard my kids need me as much as I need them and that is why I have made it this far even though it had taken me 10 years to get us a house of our own but with the income I have I can only manage and afgord to pay my rent, utilities and buy everyday necesities that is needed and dont even have $100 left to my name to take my kids out some where or buy furniture so I keep aside the left over money I have every month until I have enough to buy my furniture slowly. Your movie touched my heart in ways you cannot imagine and made me cry from when I first seen them living in the car up until the end, and it ended so perfect with you, lindsay and ariel. I truly loved it and admire your character and hope and pray that someday I will meet a guy that is just like you in "GOOD DEEDS". Anyway woman would want a man like that yet they are hard to find. Anyhow I know your a very busy man and if you have read this whole message than im already taking up some of your time. Thank you and I hope to see more movies like that. Aloha & God bless you annd your family. Sincerely, Leslie Martin

I love your movie, thank you for playing the different role. I was looking for the book, but I don't think you have one. I am in the same situation like you. Do what others ask me to do, and I am bored with my life. I thought it is the depression. It is about who I am inside. This movie is very touchy. LOVE IT.
