Description:

A successful, wealthy businessman, Wesley Deeds (Tyler Perry) has always done what's expected of him, whether it's assuming the helm of his father's company, tolerating his brother's misbehavior at the office or planning to marry his beautiful but restless fiancee, Natalie (Gabrielle Union). But Wesley is jolted out of his predictable routine when he meets Lindsey (Thandie Newton), a down-on-her-luck single mother who works as a cleaning person in his office building. Outspoken, impulsive and proud- and also recently evicted- Lindsey struggles to make ends meet for herself and her young daughter. But when Wesley offers to help her get back on her feet, his innocent good deed ignites and unexpected attraction- and suddenly Wesley finds himself caught between the life he thought he wanted and the powerful desires of his heartÂ….

A moving, uplifting romantic drama about relationships and the defining choices we make in our lives, 'Tyler Perry's Good Deeds' is written, produced and directed by Tyler Perry, and stars Perry, Thandie Newton, Brian White, Rebecca Romijn, Jamie Kennedy, Eddie Cibrian, Jordenn Thompson, Beverly Johnson, with Phylicia Rashad, and Gabrielle Union.

Tyler, In this dire economic times, you give me reasons to happily spend my money because I believe in the underlying message of all your movies: We are the answers we've been waiting for. Obama said it during his campaign and you exemplify it very well in your movie. I look forward to one day collaborating with you in case you need an African actor (yeah I got the accent and everything. I lived in Cameroon for 15 years of my life) or in case you're looking to promote your movies to an African audience. I'd like to see that happen sooner than later. Your movies will be a tremendous source of healing to a lot of Africans. It has been so for me. God bless.

This film sounds like it is very very good. Did I read Jamie Kennedy like from Mailbu Most Wanted? If so he is so funny and this will be a hoot.. Is there a trailer for this film yet?

Hello Mr Perry I have a 15 year old autistic who loves everything about you. When a movie comes to the theaters, he wants to go. By the time it's on DVD, he wants it for his birthday. I had to rob Peter to pay Paul in order to surprise him on Christmas with tickets to your play in January :-) Is this movie too much for his eyes?

Tyler It is good to see a black man like yourself, who is putting out a good and positive message to the world. People love what you do for them through your movies and plays. I am one that gets a big kick in my flesh and a awakening in my spirit to see that you are blessed by God. "IT BRINGS ME JOY!" I am happy for you and all the people that you have touched with your ministry through this media of entertainment. God is surely guiding your every move and making a straight path for you to give HIM the GLORY. I pray that you stay strong, wise, alert, happy and prairful. That way when I see what you do, through you works, I know I can keep on fighting for God also. Godly Love, PEACE!

Mr. Perry it is an honor to see how talented you are and how you have allowed God to use you in such a powerful way. Continue to use your wonderful gifts to entertain us in a positive, yet humorous manner only you can do. I appreciate you and may God continue to bless you that you may reach a wider audience with the powerful messages that you bring to us through your books, movies and plays. They are very inspirational because each one tells a story that we can relate to, whether we have arrived (so we think), content, happy, broken, lost or confused there is always room for improvement and a lesson to be learned. The question now is how many of us will apply your messages to our daily lives to becoming a better person? It's never to late to trust and believe in God, with HIM all things are possible. Be blessed. I look forward to seeing "Good Deeds".
