Congratulations are in order for Jessica Hardaway who has graced this year’s 40 Under 40 list from Georgia Trend Magazine.

Now in its 23rd year, Georgia Trend’s 40 Under 40 recognizes young leaders who work across industries—from nonprofit, healthcare, and legal sectors to large corporations and startup entrepreneurial ventures—all of which still find the time to volunteer and support various causes within their local communities.

As the Director of Communications and Engagement at Tyler Perry Studios, Jessica works as the external face of the entire studio and brings her passion for community engagement to the lot day after day. For everyone at Tyler Perry Studios, Atlanta is more than just a city to create and work, and Jessica’s continued community outreach, partnerships, and initiatives give us the space to enliven the city we all call home.

“When I came, I saw a lot of need in our neighborhood, which is southwest Atlanta, especially for programs with young people,” Jessica told Georgia Trend Magazine.

“I want to give them exposure, not only to the movie industry, but to all the opportunities that are out there. I have this platform, and I get to do so many cool things,” she added.
